How to make fake blood
- Find recipe on epicurious https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/fake-blood-51199810
- Mix it up and realize your red must be the wrong red (too purple)
- Try again with red + iodine.
- Realize iodine + cornstarch turn purple.
- Try again with just red and chocolate powder.
- Go back to the other attempts and add some yellow.
- Take your 3 bowls of blood outside and start playing around, surely one will work.
Favorite recipe:
¼ cup corn syrup
1 T water
1 tsp cornstarch
15-20 drops red food coloring
18-22 drops of iodine
2-4 drops of yellow
Mix well. Let sit 10 minutes
